I thought all the products had cbd in them, but now that I have the chews I’m going to use them & see if it makes a difference how long before I should notice if it’s making a difference?

My dog is constantly getting diarrhea want am I doing wrong ? I give her Spot and Tango dry food and a supplement for her teeth and gums and CBD 1/4 dropper. She also gets Lillie and Lee hip joint chews.
